I’m back with another make, courtesy of my friends at Indie Stitches*.
I hope that this post finds you well. I’ve been feeling a cold coming on and unfortunately, I got hit full force this morning. Thankfully I already had my dress finished, so please forgive me if these photos are a little dull. (I definitely think I appear paler than usual!)
I hope that you all had a lovely Easter. Personally, I had to work Easter Saturday and Sunday, but at least I had Good Friday off! We went to a morning service and then on to the Telegraph Station, which is a beautiful nature reserve outside of Alice Springs.
Welcome to my second blog post. Today, I would like to share with you my
most recent make, this being my contribution to Sewing Makes You Love Yourself.
I have decided to give blogging a go, so by way of an introductory post, I want to explain my choice of blog name and a smidge of what “retro” means to me.
As a long-term admirer of vintage fashion and dress I wanted a nod to what initially drew me back to my sewing machine in the title.
